It’s about how real people live their lives, and then incorporating real workouts with realistic habits. Everyone has crazy hectic schedules and stress/pressure bombarding them. Lifestyle Fitness' owner, Ken Blachly, has a passion for nutrition and helping others fullfill their fitness goals.  His expertise in personal training comes from years of experience and has developed a system that not only trains your body, but also your mind in how you think about food, excercise, and overall health.
