In-Home Personal Training

In-Home Personal Training is ideal for those people who have the equipment and the space, but might not, necessarily, have the drive to push themselves out of their comfort level, to a place where real progress and change can be made. Hours and hours of time are wasted every week by people who just “go through the motions” of working out, without having a clear and specific goal or even knowing why they are working out. The one-on-one setting ensures that you are given the upmost personal attention to achieve your fitness goals without having a “hit or miss” program. This option is also great for someone who likes to work out in the privacy of their own home without having to drive to a club or facility. In-Home Training is an option that is available 7 days a week and can fit, even the busiest schedule (Sorry, there goes that excuse). With all of the guess-work taken out of your workouts the only thing left to do is sweat and watch the changes take place.

Fitness Boot Camp/Group Classes
Contact us for information or to get signed up to our ongoing Fitness Boot Camp.

Fitness Boot Camp/Group Training is available to allow people to get the personal fitness instruction they want for a smaller investment. The classes are designed for any and every fitness level, no matter where you are at. Our Fitness Boot Camp/Group Classes are fast paced and continuously changing. By incorporating cardiovascular training, weight training, and calisthenics training into one workout you are getting a total body tone every time. You will be amazed at the results you see from the first day and as you move through the program!! These classes are held at different locations, and at different times throughout the Johnson County area. All you need for these classes is a workout mat (yoga mat), a pair of hand weights, some water and a positive attitude. We take care of the rest. There is no guess work here. There is no targeting certain areas of your body. The camps are total body and guaranteed to give you the results you are looking for.

Body/Fitness Assessment

Body/Fitness Assessments are designed to be used in combination with one of our fitness programs. The assessments consist of testing your weight, body fat%, 6 different measurements of your body, and a strength test. Once the figures are calculated together we can determine realistic goals and what it will take to get you there. These tests are not invasive and are for your benefit so it is recommended that you take advantage of this program.

*The Body/Fitness Assessment is offered as an add-on to most of our other programs.
