Over a period of about three years, I had gained 20 pounds (from 117 to 137) on my 5' 2" body. I was totally unmotivated to do any form of exercise, but I hated to look at myself in the mirror. I began working with Ken one-on-one 3 times a week and in 5 months not only did I weigh 115, but my body had completely changed. For the first time in my life, I had definition in my arms and legs, and a flat stomach! Ken is a great motivator and I did no other exercise besides working with him! His boot camps are a great value because you still get his expertise and individualized attention in a group setting! I have followed up my personal training with 2 of Ken's boot camps so far and I have maintained my weight easily. I went from a size 10 to a size 4 and everyone that sees me comments on how great I look! I am smaller and more fit than I have ever been in my adult life thanks to Ken!

I signed up for “Boot Camp” because I knew I needed to exercise, but when I tried to do it on my own I always found excuses not to get it done. The accountability and encouragement have been wonderful motivators. Ken is a great “coach” because he pushes me to do more than I think I can do, and he encourages me along the way. My stamina has increased significantly. I’ve lost weight, but more importantly I have gained energy.

I am currently attending my second LifeStyle Fitness Boot Camp. During the first session, I noticed results as soon as the first week. My endurance, strength and energy level were the first improvements I saw. At the end of first session, I noticed and others noticed that my body was more toned. I have to say that I am not the most motivated person when it comes to working out, but this boot camp has kept my interest and inspired me to continue maintaining a healthy life style. I think my favorite aspect of the boot camp is that there is a variety of activities that work different muscle groups. I feel that within the hour I get a full body workout.

I was introduced to Ken in a group setting of individuals making use of his personal training skills. I learned to hate the guy and love him at the same time. This is my second six-week session with him so I guess the love relationship won. I belong to a club and still choose Ken over the classes at the club. Ken knows how to mix-it-up quite well which helps with my dread of repetitive mundane activity for exercise. I didn’t weigh myself but I noticed improvement of body tone, looseness of pants, more upright posture, increased energy, automatic improved selective eating, and for me, most importantly, the desire to continue. There is something about Ken, as a personal trainer, that catapults me past other exercise options to him that I can’t quite put my finger on. It’s not the price obviously, because there are cheaper ways to go…..it must be the results. As I have always heard, the cheapest route can result in the most costly route. That holds true in this case. I am spending money at a gym membership and not using it….it cost less than Ken. My desired results are with Ken as my personal trainer, it sounds so rich. And it is.
